The Seoul Medical Tour Council was founded on July 8th 2008 in order to promote efficient global marketing of medical services through the combined package of superior medical treatment and tourism.

Currently, the council has 18 cosmetic surgery clinics located in Seoul and boasts a leading council composed of seven successful businessmen from various backgrounds.

These council members support the construction of the Seoul Medical Tour Council website and outreach pamphlets.
Their goal is to successfully promote Seoul's businesses to foreign patients in order to stimulate the growth of the Seoul Medical Tour.
